Then the report says so. Some businesses already answer fast and ask for reviews; if that's you, you keep the report and we part as friends.
They still will. The message only goes out when you can't pick up. It says it's an automated assistant writing for your business, and you get an alert for every missed call and booking. You call back when you're free; in the meantime, the customer didn't call the next company.

No. The missed-call message works directly off the phone number you already give out — no CRM required. If you have a list of past customers, reactivating them is a separate, higher plan that we price in the meeting.

No. The message only goes to someone who just called you, as a reply to their own call. The first message names your business, says it comes from an automated assistant, and they can reply STOP at any time.
